Atanel - Atrium is a fully completed modern 7-story administrative building with total built-up area of about 5580 square meters. It is situated on the busy and communicative "Bulgaria" boulevard in the capital, linking the central part of the city with the southern parts at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain, Manastirski Livadi - west region. The location allows from south-east, south and south-west the unveiling of a panorama view towards the mountain of Vitosha.

At the National competition BUILDING OF THE YEAR 2009 the object ATANEL - ATRIUM is nominated in the category of MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDINGS.
