4. Windows PVC profile system "TROCAL" - type "GLASS WIN" - product of a new generation. The profile "TROCAL" has a number of significant advantages to the other window profiles. "TROCAL" is related to the "Luks" profiles and they have practically not got any analogy in the contemporary European market. They are only extruded in Germany and have no license to be made in any other country. The "TROCAL" profiles are done of resistant to high pressures, hard plastic with guaranteed quality. They consist of five cameras, external, internal isolating camera and two internal ones. The width of the case is 70mm. The external wall of the profile is aluminium cap with looming polish and lustre. The high-quality gaskets between the case and the wing are grey, extruded together with the profile and are resistant to ultra-violet rays and to the adverse weather conditions, allowing the windows to be completely shut and allowing a perfect protection. The PVC windows of the system are energy-saving with factor of heat permeability of 0.73 W/m2k. The hard external support of the case assures controlled pressure of the gaskets. They are not crushed and preserve their elasticity and shape. The system is with original systematic plate: FUHR - imported from Germany. All carrying parts of the plate are metal with very high quality and innovative solutions. Thus the frame, the plate and the handle form a system with co-ordinated elements, resistant to corrosion.

"Glass Win" - invisible from the outside frame, low height of the window frame - case + wing 92mm, elastic joint by sticking the glass and the plastic profile - high stability of the wing without steel reinforcement and a better thermo-insulation, two levels of gasket between the case and the wing - black gasket in the wing, light-grey gasket in the case.

5. Sanitary section - They are done to be spacious and offering the client the opportunity to allocate according to his discretion the bath, shower and respectively standing or suspended wash-basin.

The sanitary faience could be with inlaid cistern. For each bathroom with sanitary section floor siphons are provided, common - for the whole of the premises and separate - for the installation of bath or shower place, at the client's request.

6. Lifts OTIS - 2 lifts - original French make. Meets all the European standards. High-technologic, belt-type. In case of emergency or drop of electricity supply the lift would fall to the closest halt and the doors would open.

III. INSTALLATIONS

For fixture of all installations only brands of proved reliability will be used, such as HILTI, WALRAVEN or WURTH.

1. Heating: - for all parts central heating from own, independent for the complex power centre with natural gas-boiler is provided. Each apartment is with aluminium radiators and the usage could be regulated individually. The installation is of PVC pipes with aluminium input. It offers the possibility for individual air-conditioning units.

2. Ventilation - in the underground parking aggregate ventilation is provided, where the used air is dumped emitted out via the roof of the building.

For the shops ventilation in the suspended ceiling is provided, whereas in the offices on the second floor ventilation that transmits 100% fresh air, is provided. All service premises (offices), sanitary sections and kitchenettes, in the commercial and residential parts of the buildings, have compulsory suction ventilation.

For the kitchens and the dwellings brick-laid chimneys are provided, enabling the installation of absorbers. The whole ventilation system is additionally done to be silent and has all the necessary anti-fire valves, safeguarded and earthed. For the boiler premises emergency suction ventilation is elaborated.
Air-conditioning - for the shops, the office section of the building, the enterprise and the apartment on the last floor an air-conditioning installation is provided accomplished ventilator conditioning convectors. In the boiler premises in the basement independent allocation collectors to serve this zone are provided. Tо each stand pipe holding valves with discharger are provided. For each individual consumer a heat / cold meter is provided. The ventilation convectors in the shops and office premises are of high pressure for hidden ceiling assembly and work with 30% fresh air and 70% re-circulated air. The used air is delivered in the rooms via eddy run-outs with valved boxes and soft joints; the re-circulated air is taken through the transfer grating out of the room. For cooling of the air in summer time in the living rooms and the apartments in the residential section of the building a conditioning installation is elaborated, with conditioners on direct evaporation divided type. The internal units are for high-wall assembly. The external units will be assembled on the terraces. The whole system is supplied with KIPIA

4. Water supply and Canalisation - the water-main is of П О Л И П Р О П И Л Е Н О В !!! pipes. The hot water is provided all over the year from the building's boiler installation.
Canalisation - done of PVC pipes in the noise-proof shafts.

5. Electro - power installation as per design, approved by Д A Г ?? ? ?? , meeting all standards. Switches and plugs are provided by "Schneider" company.

6. Telecommunication - cabling to each room for the residential section and for the office and commercial sections - to each place of work.

7. Cable television - cabling to each room for the residential section, linked to a cabel operator

8. Internet - Residential section - internal cabling to the living rooms, cabinets, bedrooms, nurseries via a coaxial cable of the cable TV operator.

Commercial and office section - local cabling via the LAN network to each working place

9. Intercom system - in each apartment and office

10. Fire alarm - COMMERCIAL SECTION - assemblage of local smoke alarms, linked with the security and central SOT: Underground parking - assemblage of fire-alarm installation as per an approved project for timely discovering, localising and notifying for occurred fire on the site.

11. SOT - an individual security system is provided, linked with the security of the building and with central SOT for all the future owners.

12. Billing - for each one of the apartments individual measuring devices are provided, enabling a distance reading and a common bill for all communal expenditure - electric power, heating, hot and cold water.

IV. COMMON PARTS

Entrance lobby - entrance doors with automatic opening and closing, latex onto suspended ceiling, floor - granite. Familial post boxes.

2. Staircases - surface of the stairs - granite, railing as per architectural detail.

3. Roof - steam-, hydro - and thermo - insulation as per the "VEDAG" - Germany system.
